Katt is a fully certified yoga teacher for adults and children and has a Master's degree in Creative Health from University College London (UCL) and a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion Design from Kingston University, London.
Katt received her 230+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance and teachings of Senior Yoga Alliance practitioners Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Jean Hall. The newly developed Daoist Flow Teaching Training course is hosted by triyoga UK, London’s leading yoga and wellbeing studio,
Following on and as a natural extension of her passion for teaching yoga and her mission to promote creativity in child development, Katt went on to undertake a ’40-hour Foundation Teacher Training for Children’s Yoga’ – with Emma Chavert, and Siobhan Power at Children's Yoga Tree.
Katt's classes are fun, theme-led and based on the teachings of Daoism. Daoism is a Chinese philosophy which promotes living in harmony with the natural world. Katt is inspired to create classes that echo the cycles of our natural surroundings, enhance our senses and imagination and allow children to explore and play in a safe and supported environment. Her classes offer dynamic flow and restorative practice elements, emphasising breath and mindfulness.
